4 Week Full Body Group Challenges

Prepare yourself for behavior change, fat loss and habit formation. You will receive a new challenge every 4 weeks with NEW workouts w/instructional videos for each exercise. The challenges only stop if you stop.
You will be charged every 4 weeks. You can cancel at any time.

How many days/How long?

The first challenge is 6 days of 15-25 min resistance training & 1 stretch day.
The following challenges allow you to reschedule your own workouts to fit your schedule with 5 resistance training days, 1 stretch day & 1 active rest day. These challenges are designed for any fitness level with the ability to alternate movements to be easier or more difficult.

Required equipment:

The first challenge requires NO equipment.

The following challenges will require dumbbells(heavy weight NOT suggested).
Optional Equipment: resistance bands, yoga mat, foam roller.

Bought the Challenges....now what?  

You will receive 2 emails that will walk you through the steps of setting up the app. Next you need to complete the next steps once inside the Matt Lane Fitness app.
