Great for beginners and experienced people alike

I started my workout journey at the beginning of this year. I was seeing improvement by changing my eating habits, but felt extremely lost when it came to working out, despite having used exercise programs in the past (albeit a decade prior). I was never sure if I was doing the exercise correctly (to avoid injury), had trouble keeping track of what weight/how many reps I was using/doing per workout, and felt like I was at a standstill with my progress.

I went through a big move a few months ago which threw off my workout routine, and started using Your Perfect Workout to help me get back on track. I started at level 2, and am now jumping into level 3.

Having the workout schedule I could save on my phone helped me know which exercises to do, keep track of my workouts, and more importantly, be able to see my progress, which acts as a great motivator. I know how many reps/set I've done previously, which gives me a push to try and do better than the week before. As weird as it may sound, seeing Rest days in the schedule also allowed me to accept that it's okay to have days where I'm not lifting weights, giving my muscles more of a chance to rest/recuperate between workouts, leaving me feeling better and with more energy throughout the week. I also feel a lot more confident that I won't injure myself now, being able to follow the techniques in the videos to insure I am maximizing the benefit of the workout, while minimizing risk/harm to myself.

No matter your degree of workout experience, Your Perfect Workout is a great tool to assist you in your journey, that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for some guidance in their fitness goals.

I love My Perfect Workout

I absolutely Love My Perfect Workout and here's why.

I work shifts all hours of the day and all days of the week and I hate the idea of going to the gym. I'm in my mid 30s, lazy and slightly overweight. I have always found reasons for not training before but when I finally saw the negative effects it had on my health I started to subscribe to Matt Lane on YouTube.

He got me into some easier exercises that could be done from the comfort of my own home and with little to no equipment needed.

What makes My Perfect Workout so great is that it helps you structure your week, when to train and when to rest. And also giving you the option of how hard you want to be training with it's 3 different levels.

Now, I have so far only been doing level 1 for two weeks but I already feel that it have helped me. From doing it the first time and being 5 minutes in out of 17 and feeling exhausted to barely breaking a sweat until the later half of the training session. And as soon as I feel I can do it perfectly without feeling tired I will move to the next level.

You get both a printout of your work schedule with all the exercises you will be doing and for how long and also access to a great tutorial/pep talk video of Matt doing the exercises with you.

I personally always watch the video even if I know by heart everything that I need to do simply because throughout the video Matt constantly gives you tips and pointers and the most important thing, pep talks, he keeps on encouraging you to keep pushing yourself to the point where you feel comfortable and I feel so much joy when I reach the end of a session and having Matt there to congratulate me for a job well done.

I can't recommend this highly enough and I constantly talk about My Perfect Workout with my friends and co-workers. And from those that I talked to that already train agree with what Matt says.

The Perfect Workout is the one that you keep coming back to.
