Jenna's 12 Week @ Home Program

 My wife Jenna has never liked the gym. This is the program she and I developed to build lean muscle and lose fat without having to leave the house. Jenna has lost a total of 45 lbs and is down 8 pant sizes(this did not happen in 12 weeks).   

How many days/How long?

  • This program should take 20 min a day depending on the day.
  • There are 5 Circuit days and 1 Stretch Day(84 days total). 

Required equipment:

3-10 lb dumbbells(heavy weight NOT suggested)
Tension Bands-multiple strengths are suggested. 

 


  

12 Week BTYE Program

(Exercise Only)

This is the 12 Week Better Than Yesterday Everyday Program(Exercise Only). This is the training I did for the first 8 months of going the gym. This program is a periodization style which means that the program changes to prevent plateaus and decrease the risk of injury.

How many days/How long?

This program should take 30 min to 1 hour depending on the day. There are 3 Full Body Days, 2 Cardio Days, 1 Active Recovery Day, and 1 Rest Day(84 days total). 

Required equipment:

You will need a complete gym.

30 Day Upper Body Challenge

This is the 30 Day Upper Body Challenge! In 30 days you will improve your overall upper body strength using your own bodyweight through push up variations and basic core work. You may experience lower body strength increase as well. There are rest days included which will make all 30 days safe yet effective. 

How many days/How long?

This program should take 10-20 min a day. This program follows a schedule of 3 days of training, 1 Rest Day and repeat(30 days total). This program is for beginners or intermediate. 

Required equipment:

Floor mat(optional)


30 Day Booty Challenge

This is the 30 Day Booty Challenge! In 30 days you will improve your booty/lower body strength/aesthetics using your bodyweight and minimal equipment(this can be done at home).

How many days/How long?

This program should take 10-20 min a day. This program follows a schedule of 3 days of training, 1 Rest Day and repeat(30 days total). This program is for intermediate.

Required equipment:

3-10 lb dumbbells(heavy weight NOT suggested)
Tension Bands-multiple strengths are suggested. 


 

30 Day Full Body Challenge

This is the 30 Day Full Body Challenge! This program is not for the faint of heart. In 30 days you will improve total body strength using bodyweight movements, light dumbbells, core work and light cardiac training. There are rest days included which will make all 30 days safe yet effective.

How many days/How long?

This program should take 15-25 min a day. This program follows a schedule of 3 days of training, 1 Rest Day and repeat(30 days total). This program is for beginners or intermediate.

Required equipment:

5-20 lb dumbbells(heavy weight NOT suggested)

Floor mat(optional)

Bought my Program or Challenge....now what?  

You will recieve 2 emails that will walk you through the steps of setting up the app. Next you need to complete steps 1-4 once inside the Matt Lane Fitness app.
